Last Friday our Commercial, Applications, Marketing and Technical Creation teams made their way to London’s Tobacco Dock for the annual Taste of London Food Festival. It is estimated that over 30,000 people turn up to the event each year to sample the delights and festive drinks on offer.
As part of our goals to be the most innovative flavourings supplier, the team at Create Flavours often find themselves on food safaris to taste the latest offerings from pop-up restaurants, restaurants and artisan bakeries.
Personal highlights from the team include a Fried Chicken Bao Bun (with Sichuan mayo, golden kimchi and hot sauce served in a black sesame bun) and a Salted Caramel Martini served with Dark Spiced Rum Mince Pies.
