Like many of competitors we often hold internal training days and workshops to help give our customers insight on the creation, application and manufacture of flavourings. Through the Academy we took this one step further by bringing in to deliver the course the external expertise of some independent and hugely knowledgeable and experienced professionals.
The day long course was held at the impressive Swinfen Hall in Staffs. The course was extremely well received and from the feedback over 50 professionals from the UK food and beverage industries went away very happy and hopefully more knowledgeable people. We attempted to pitch the day so to be of benefit to professionals across the food and beverage industries, from new product developers to process scientists through to procurement managers. Topics included Flavour and Culture, Sensory Evaluation, Current Legislation and Flavour Creation.
